Information we collect

We collect only what a working studio needs to deliver:

• Contact details — name, email, phone and billing address when you enquire, book a shoot, enrol in the Academy or order a print.
• Project details — dates, venues, briefs, shot lists and creative references you share with our producers.
• Payment information — processed by our payment partners; we never store full card numbers on our own systems.
• Imagery — the photographs and films we produce for you, and any files you upload to the Print Store for reproduction.
• Usage data — basic analytics about how the site is used, collected in aggregate.

How we use your information

Your information is used to scope and quote projects, schedule crews, deliver galleries and films, process Academy enrolments and print orders, issue invoices, and respond to enquiries. If you subscribe to our newsletter we will send occasional studio updates — every email includes an unsubscribe link.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. Data is shared only with the service providers required to deliver the work — payment processors, couriers for print orders and secure gallery hosting — under confidentiality obligations.

Client galleries & your images

Every project is delivered through a private, password-protected Client Area. Galleries are visible only to you and the people you share access with.

We showcase selected work in our portfolio, journal and social channels only with your consent, which is agreed in your booking contract. You may withdraw portfolio consent at any time by writing to us, and we will remove the imagery from channels we control.

Academy enrolment

For Academy students we additionally hold enrolment records, attendance, graded portfolio reviews and certification history. Student work is shown publicly (for example in student showcases) only with the student's permission.

Print Store orders

Files you upload for printing are used solely to produce your order and its soft proof. Upload files are deleted from our production systems within 90 days of delivery unless you ask us to keep them on file for reorders.

Retention & security

Delivered project masters are archived so you can re-order prints and request files years later; you may ask us to delete your archive at any time. Contracts and invoices are retained as long as law and accounting standards require.

Galleries and archives are stored on access-controlled, encrypted systems. Only team members who need your project to do their job can open it.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no continuing legal obligation to keep it. We answer every request within 30 days.
